HPT (High Performing Teams) is a 16-week implementation process that engages organizations in a research-based method that uses CliftonStrengths® and the e2grow platform to help form high performing teams. This consists of 4 group trainings, 1:1 coaching and online micro-learnings to help form new behaviors that lead to high-performing teams!

HPL (High-Performing Leaders) provides leaders with knowledge and skills, along with a clear cadence, purpose and structure, to include 5 conversations with individuals and 4 conversations with teams that inspire them, help them prioritize, help them grow, drive their accountability, and smoothen the collaboration and alignment.
